Chakra Yoga for Beginners with Adriana Tomasino
Enjoy an evening of yoga postures known to have a direct effect upon each of the body’s major chakras that will, if practiced regularly, support one’s physical and mental health and wellbeing as well as one’s spiritual growth and development.
